Insightful Resources, Inc. is a non-profit mental health counseling practice, looking to hire PT and FT licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians as W-2 employees.

As a non-profit, we are able to employ pre-licensed clinicians who are beyond their initial 6 year period. We are also an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. *Borrower must meet all PSLF requirements to qualify.

In addition to our flagship location in Huntington Beach, Orange County, offices in Anaheim and Garden Grove, we are hiring CA Licensed Clinicians to offer telehealth services remotely throughout California.

Licensed Therapists

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) to see 10+ clients per week. 

Earn up to $70 per session!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Remote (optional)

All non-clinical hours paid at Admin Rate of $20 per hour

What We Expect

  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

  • Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license or registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

  • Must be able to pass criminal background and reference checks

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy

  • Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

Open to Licensed Clinicians.

Additional funds are paid on top of standard pay structure, when the requirements outlined below have been met:

  • $10 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 20-39 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($60/total)

  • $20 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session OR CPT 90837 session, when completing 40-59 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($70 total)

20% of the Licensed Therapist’s caseload will be allocated to serving clients for charitable purposes. These completed sessions will be paid at the Admin Rate of $20.00 per hour.

Charitable Caseload

Associate Therapists

We are seeking dedicated, reliable part-time Associates (AMFT, ACSW) to see 15-20 clients per week.

This is not a remote position. Associates must be open to seeing children, teens, and adults. Applicants must also be local and willing/able to physically report to one of our office locations, located in Huntington Beach, Anaheim, and/or Garden Grove, CA. Hybrid work model is available.

 

Associates on their second CA BBS registration number are encouraged to apply!

 

Earn up to $42 per session!

 

Job Types: Part-time

License/Registration:

AMFT, ACSW (Required)
*APCC considered with additional MFT Coursework

Compensation

15-19 clients per week = $30 per Clinical Hour
20+ clients per week = $36 per Clinical Hour

25+ clients per week = $42 per Clinical Hour
All non-clinical hours paid at Admin Rate of $16 per hour

Charitable Caseload

Requirements

  • Must be in good standing and have an active registration number with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences)

  • Must have a minimum of 1200 Hours accrued under current registration

  • Currently on first OR second Associate registration

  • Must have completed CA BBS required Suicide Risk Assessment & Prevention training.

  • Competency in the following clinical abilities:

  • Formulating treatment plans

  • Diagnosing

  • Detailed session notes using TherapyNotes.com

  • Proficient time management skills

  • Understanding and the implementation of boundaries.

  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions

  • Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent references and client retention rates

  • Maintain current BBS Registration

  • Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

20% of the Pre-Licensed Therapist’s caseload will be allocated to serving clients for charitable purposes. These completed sessions will be paid at the Admin Rate of $16.00 per hour.
